Applying FSCM UPDATE IMAGE 9.2.009 Patch set in FSCM 9.1 application

I have downloaded the entire patch set 19512191(FSCM UPDATE IMAGE 9.2.009) which addresses bug 18470204.But I dont know how to actually run the files and apply the modified code provided through the patch in my FSCM application.Please help.I need to apply this patch to resolve the bug.
