Can we resend the failled email notifications having reports from Peoplesoft due to SMTP failure?
Hi All,
We have configured SMTP settings in Application servers and prrocess schedulers. We have set the notification for few processes which sends reports to the specied users so what happed last week, Processess went to success however they did not notify any user due to SMTP failure. When we troubleshooted the issue, Linux team confirmed that there was some issue in SMTP server for that time however they recovered those notifications, which were triggered from PSUNIX process schedulers, however they were failled to recover those mails triggered from NT server. So I want to know that is it possible in peoplesoft
