Is Payment Method Of Credit Card Available In Payables 9.1?

Is the credit card payment method available for Payables in 9.1?  I didn't see this option in the drop down Bank Accounts > External Accounts > Payment Methods page.  Users would like to pay certain vendors via credit card and would like to record the payment method as such on the voucher.  Is credit card available somewhere else in Payables?  How can it be chosen for a voucher?
