Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Making PIA available over internet - Amazon Cloud

I am trying to install Peoplesoft on amazon EC2. I have a public ip and private ip for EC2 machine ( Windows 2012 R2).

I have installed Peoplesoft application on machine and can access PIA when logged ( remote desktop to Ec2) in to machine.

PIA - http://<privateip>:port/<sitename>/signon.html

When I try to access PIA from my laptop using

PIA - http://<privateip>:port/<sitename>/signon.html or PIA - http://<publicip>:port/<sitename>/signon.html it is not working.

I am able to ping public ip from my laptop and i have edited security for all traffic.

please let me know if i am missing anything.
