Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Failed to retrieve items for the selected receipts.

Hi,

I am facing the issue when selecting default from receipt in Invoice Maintenance Detail Screen.

We have two receipts for one order and One Receipt has been matched and Posted in Invoice Matching.

After creation of Invoice and select Default from Receipt for Second one it shows error as "Failed to retrieve items for the selected receipts".
