Can any one explain the difference between "STANDARD" & "FIFO"?

Benefits of using STANDARD & FIFO?

can you please confirm that only Tran code 73 will be hit for FIFO & Tran code 70 will be hit for STANDARD.

If we have multiple receipts

Case 1

Good received for shipment 1

Receipt 1 matched to Invoice 1

Good received for shipment 2

Performed transfer to other location

Receipt 2 matched to Invoice 2 by RCA

Then how the WAC will be calculated for Standard & FIFO and what tran codes will be hit into tran_data table
