How to stop approver to receive cancelled subject like"Canceled:First reminder: Standard Purchase Or
When submitted PR/PO from iprocurement
will receive 'first action required', after defined time will together receive two mail :'canceled first reminder mail' and 'new action required mail.'
After disable 'SEND_CANCELED_EMAIL' parameter by refer (Doc ID 1276399.1)
Observe that:
For PO, will receive first reminder mail ,then final reminder again first reminder and final reminder. . Please check in attachment find more details.
But For PR , receive same reminder mail as before.
1 User was confused with the canceled reminder mail. Do we have any solution to delete the cancel reminder mail?
