PSQUERY run to excel new window

Hello,

Hoping to hear something about a weird issue we encounter.

On certain days of the week, every week when our users try to run a PSQUERY by clicking the "Run to Excel" link, it takes a long long time for it to open a new window that has the prompts for the query.

They have to log out and log back in every time they need to run a query for this to work without a delay.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening or what can i check in the system.
