EPDDL.sql not created after FCSM 9.2 through Image 5 install

I am created a demo system for PT8.54 and FSCM 9.2. After installing both, the epddl.sql was not created.

This sql is very important in loading the demo database with FSCM tables.

How can I generate the epddl.sql?

More Information:

Oracle solaris 11 SPARC x64

Database version 11.2.0.4

PeopleTools 8.54

FSCM 9.2 w/ Image 5
