RESA-RDW REF ITEM NOT LOADED

Dear Team,

We are on Oracle Retail 12.x and would like to know the following on RDW:

There is a descrepancy between resa and rdw amount for one of the store

and following are our obsservations on above issue:

1.Items present in prod_item_dm but not in SLS_ITEM_LM_DM

2.In sa_tran_item table , item_type is showing as REF and REF_ITEM column contains BARCODE for the items not loaded into RDW.

for the rest of all items loaded into RDW contains item_type as ITEM and  REF_ITEM column contains BARCODE in sa_tran_item table.
