UPC_NOT_FOUND Error

Hi,

I am getting the UPC_NOT_FOUND error intermittently everytime I load RTLogs into the ReSA tables. The RTLogs in question have been generated by the POS application (and not manually created by me)

What are the known factors that cause this error? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
