Change Supplier Site profile option

Hi,


      I have come across a request where I need to change one supplier parent -  supplier site (A)  to another supplier (B) for an approved  Purchase Order.

 

      I verified some Oracle blogs and they said, if the Supplier Site profile option is enabled, then we can change the supplier site though the PO is in approved status.

      Can someone please let me know how to check whether PO supplier site profile option is enabled and where I can see that.
