Configure CRM ERMS process with Outlook office 365

Hi experts,

Need your help on this please.

We are rolling out outlook office 365 to entire organization. I have updated the mailbox, MCF_GETMAIL IB node and the GETMAILTARGET connector of Gateway with following new details:

MCF_SERVER (outlook.office365.com),

MCF_USER (the test email account),

MCF_UseSSL(Y),

MCF_PASSWORD (encrypted),

MCF_Protocal (IMAP4),

MCF_Port (993)

Then we have exported the CA certificates from the https://login.microsoftonline.com site, and imported them to Integration Broker's keystore location i.e pskey file.

After recycled App server and Web server, I navigated to the PeopleTools >Multichannel Framework >Email > Sample Pages menu, put in the credential and server, tried to connect to the mail server but had no luck.
