Process recurrence issue - Running process multiple times

Hello,

We have an SQR report that runs daily at 7 AM through a recurrence.....It was running OK when suddenly multiple instances of it starting running at 7 AM....SO, one fine day, instead of one, 2 reports ran at 7 AM, the third day 4, next day 6 and so on....We had to cancel the reports from running.....

PSPRCSRQST and PSPRCSQUE tables are in SYNC....What else can be the reason? We are on PT 8.47..
