Class/Method: TriggerUserProcesses/disableResources Error :Unable to disable the object instance.

in Identity Management (MOSC)

when I try to disable user, user got disabled but i can still see the error "Class/Method: TriggerUserProcesses/disableResources Error :Unable to disable the object instance." in the oim-diagonostic logs and the event handler that is supposed to function when user gets disabled based on operation = "DISABLE" is not triggered.

Any idea on this?
