How to access shared folders in PeopleSoft Image

We have configured HCM 9.2 PI 9 with "Host Only Adapter" network configuration and able to ping and SSH to the Linux guest OS from Windows Host OS. However while try to access guest ip from windows run "\\192.168.20.1", network connection fail. Change Assistant fails to create change package because the PI_HOME directory is not accessible. Need help how to enable/configure network between Host (Windows 2008 R2) and Guest (OEL) OS and access shared folders.
