If I patch WebLogic do i have to re-deploy PIA or do i just need to bounce PIA after the patch?

I need to Patch WebLogic for PeopleSoft, but I was wondering if I needed to re-deploy PIA after the patch is installed.  Since the patch is installed to the WebLogic home, I wasn't sure if bouncing the PIA would be enough or not.
