WMS 14.0.1 - After configuration of Webutil in WMS, where do you test it?

As part of installing / configuring WMS 14.0.1, I also configured Webutil per the install guide.  Can someone tell me where/what I need to do in the application to verify that it's working?  I believe in the past, there was only one WMS form that used functionality provided by webutil...

If someone could provide some direction as to what form / process makes us of it, that would be great.  I've searched through a lot of the documentation, however I only see steps on configuring it...  Nothing tying that configuration to where it's actually used, so that I can verify that it's configured correctly for use in ORWMS.
