Workflow header and body do not match for pawfcisc

Hello,


We have an unique situation with one PA Issue and Change Workflow.  The header is for this project:

Budget:CO 1: 27-OCT-2014 (Network Evergreen, 400165) requires approval


The body is for a different project.

Project Number 400168Project Name Software License GOB 2014


All the information in the body is for a different project from the header.  I will include a screenshot with people's names cut out, to prove I am not nuts.


The data in the wf_item_attr_values table is correct, in that it matches the project in the header.


Have you ever seen this before?  Today is the first time this has been reported.  Do we have an ongoing problem, or a one-time error?
