Pay Period Table -r12/11i
Hi
One of our user has accidentally activated JULY-15 period whereas current period is NOV-14. Periods between NOV-14 to JULY-15 remain "Never Opened".
The JULY-15 is now active. And that has completely disrupted our sales rep calculations. If OCT-15 payrun was of amount $10000, it shows negative -10000 in NOV-15.
How can I change the period JULY-15 from active to inactive.
Also which table stores these pay period details? The CN_PERIOD_STATUSES_ALL does not seem to be the table. I am talking about Administration>>Incentive>>Pay period page.
Please advise.
