How to Turn on Trace on Oracle Incentive Comp pages?-11i

Hello,

This is on 11i.  I need to turn on trace on OIC pages.  I tried setting up profile options FND:Diagnostics, Utility: Diagnostic, FND, Personalization enabled? to Yes and logged back in again. But those profile options have no impact.

How do I see the "Diagnostic" link on the page? Or is there any other way to turn on the trace?
