Need to active only alert notification through mailer.

Dear,

We are on 12.1.2, right now we are facing an issue on production, to resolve this issue we are working on test instance which has been almost completed but we need further testing to enable workflow mailer, but now we want all notification is disable excep alert notification,

So how can enable alert notification work through mailer
