Question about FSCM 9 to 9.2 Upgrade using SQL Server

Have some general questions regarding a PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0 to 9.2 Upgrade. We want to use PeopleTools 8.54 and SQL Server as the database.

Question 1. The PeopleSoft Upgrade Source Image for FSCM 9.2 listed on Doc ID 1552580.1 states that its for FSCM 9.2 (Through Update Image 5). Does this mean that this image itself contains all the patches up to and including PI 5? or do we need to download FSCM 9.2 PI 5? and if yes how do we do that since only PI9 is released at the moment.

Question 2. The Doc ID 1552580.1 page for FSCM 9 to 9.2 states the following: this upgrade source image is for ENGLISH-ONLY customers using the Oracle platform however if we want to use Peopletools 8.54 we must upgrade this image to PT 8.54.01 (minimum). If we upgrade this image to tools 8.54 can we use this new Upgrade Source Image (on tools 8.54) against a SQL Server target environment (as I head tools 8.54 removed the oracle db only restriction) as the New Release Demo? Or do we need to install a classic on tools 8.54 as the new release demo?
