While login to RWMS Enhanced and Dashboard getting error "ORA-04067 not executed, stored procedure P

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

RWMS is installed successfully. Getting this Error when trying to login to the Dashboard Enhanced URL....with default userid "PAR3214"

"ORA-04067 not executed, stored procedure PUBLIC.LOG_ERROR_GUI does not exist"

Please suggest.
