Task Creation through emails

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to create tasks through emails?

the requirement is like customer send some requests through emails as per those emails advance collections has to trigger Tasks? those needs to appear in UWQ.

Kindly let me know is this requirement possible or not. if possible then let me know the steps to achieve the requirement? if not possible then let me know any work around solution.
