Can not claim CENVAT

Hi,

We are in Release 12.1.3.

For a specific Receipt, I cannot able to Claim MODVAT.

I checked the Item Classification. The Item is Excisable and MODVATABLE.

The Item is received in to a Bonded Sub inventory.

The Receipt is not available in the CENVAT - Manual Claim form.

In the "jai_rcv_transactions" table the CENVAT_RG_MESSAGE has the value - Pending for Claim.

How to claim CENVAT?
