Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

I request you to please let me know for belwo details on base RMS functionality as I'm a newbie.

What is the differnece between transfer and allocation
How I can make UDA is mandatory while creating item from RMS front end
Can a PO has two primary supplier ?
RTV we can create in SIM, but in this case why we always need RMS to create RTV

I think all are basic questions but I asked you so that I can clear my ideas as a starter in RETAIL.
