Collections Workbench showing Transaction Paying Customer instead of the transaction Customer

Hi all,

I am working on a project and customer has a particular scenario for collections:

My customer is a TV Channel in Brazil and they sell advertising time on TV for their customers. All of these advertisements are related to an advertising agency, which is responsible to pay the invoice, not the end customer. The invoice is generated against the end customer (Example: Oracle) but the advertising agency will realize the payments (Example: McCann). All the relationships are created and the transactions are showing exactly what my customer wants.

The issue is that when we move to Advanced Collections we can only find the transactions created for the end customer (Oracle), but the Collection Agent will not call or send dunning letters to Oracle, the agent must call McCann and send dunning letters to McCann since this company is responsible for the payment.
