Error while executing the salins batch

Hi All,

We are facing the below issue while executing the salins batch

salins_1~20141127031131~insert_table~ ~-1400~ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ()~INSERT in package STKLEDGR_INSERTS_SQL.ADD_LOC     dept, class, subclass, LOC_TYPE: S, LOCATION: 99999, HALF: 20142, MONTH: 3, from subclass where dept != 9999: location 99999.

Any specific pointers for data validations to be performed.
