Weblogic Domain creation Failed ( for OIM 11g(11.1.1.7.0))-Windows 2008-64 bit

Hi Experts

Could you please help me in the following.
I have been trying to install OIM 11.1.1.7 on Win 8 64 bit Laptop.Following are the things that I did so far.
Initially I installed 11.1.1.2.0 and then used the Patch set 11.1.1.7 as per the Documentation,I was able to Install and configure, OID,OVD & OIF successfully.

Also ,here  I was successful in having my first domain created( idm_domain) for OID & OIF.
Later I Installed SOA 11.1.1.7 and installed IDAM suite using the installer and verified all the OIM,OAM,OIN components are installed successfully.

Now in order to configure OIM,I am trying to create one new domain for OIM,OAM,SOA servers.
