Voucher Error Message Query

I'm trying to run a voucher query for vouchers in Recycle that will return the text description for error messages.  I was told I would have to convert the MESSAGE_SET_NBR and MESSAGE_NBR to the corresponding Message from the Message Catalog, but what is the table name for the Message Catalog?
