Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can Close Manager also be used as a document repository?

My client is also looking at using Close Manager as a document repository in addition to managing the monthly close process.

Meaning:

A lot of documents will be uploaded into Close Manager.
Users will reference Close Manager tasks to get the latest reports / documents / sign-offs....

I know you have answered previous questions on the number of documents and sizing and tuning of the database server.

I guess my other question is more of a use case one:

"Is this the purpose of Close Manager?"
"Are there any issues with using Close Manager as a document repository?"
- Report Binders will take forever to run (if documents are selected)
