Complete a change assistant job

We just finished applying our first PUM generated change package to our 9.2 demo environment.  Now I need to apply the same package to a few other environments.  When I go to Tools, Apply Change Package I get a Resume Running Jobs message box.  It says "An existing Apply Wizard job set exists: .... Would you like to resume running the job(s) in the set?"  I select yes then get a message box that there are no steps to process.  This message is correct - I have comleted all steps in the job.

Seems to me that I need to somehow complete this job.  I would have expected having all the steps in the job set to complete to be the solution.  Obviously that is not the case.  How do I get around this?
