Attachment in workflow notification exist in email but not exist if you open in the worklist

Hi,

When the PO for approval notifications sent to me in email I'm able to see the attached documents but when i open this notification in the web worklist i cannot find the attachement.  This is on R12.1.3 Oracle eBS.
