BPEL Process to submit the task has failed -- Hyperion Financial Close Manager

Currently we are in Financial Close Manage 11.1.2.2.353 version.

When Business User are approving any tasks they are getting below error.

Oracle advise that we need to go to EPM 11.1.2.3 version which handled this type of issues better and minimized. But we are not ready to move to 11.1.2.3 as it takes more time to upgrade all hyperion products(HFM, FDM, DRM etc..,)

Current workaround gave is deleting errored out tasks and create new tasks again.

Any users are facing this issue ?. we want to report this issue as bug and request patch.Need your help on this.
