User Privileges in RMS 12.x

Dear Team,

I am new to RMS 12.0.10 and would like to know the following

What are the tables to check for User details with roles and privileges.

Whether user having create/submit/approve options for Items,Po's and transfer etc., in RMS

Kindly provide me the table  details on above scenarios at the earliest.

Please provide us the links details if any.
