why oam_server1 does not exist

Hi there,

I install Oracle Identity Management and select "install and configure" and installed all the components.

all the steps seems fine and successful.

and then I tried to start the Identity Management with following steps:

- start the admin and successful

C:\oim\user_projects\domains\IDMDomain\bin>startWebLogic.cmd

- start the oam_server1

C:\oim\user_projects\domains\IDMDomain\bin>startManagedWebLogic.cmd oam_server1 http://localhost:7001

but I got following exception:
