Partial Received Orders to be closed

Hi All,

We are on RMS 13.2.6 and when executed the ordautcl batch  the partial received Orders are not getting closed. The system_option parameter has 3 days (ORD_PART_RCVD_CLOSE_DELAY).

Is there any bug on RMS 13.2.6 for Partial Received Orders ? What all are the valid conditions for Partial Received Orders closure?
