Has anyone experienced issues with Change Assistant hangs during a PRP update ?
We are running FSCM 9.2.009, delivered at Tools version level 8.54.02, and recently received a PRP. The PRP was packaged at Tools version 8.54.04, staged, and Change Assistant picked it up as expected (issued a version warning about the CA Tools version being less than the PRP - this was ignored as directed by Oracle Support) and began to process.
During the 2nd of a 3 part project copy step process, the CA client processing appeared to hang, and would not advance to the next step. After allowing it time to complete (> 4 hours), I noticed that the logfile for that step showed a successful completion. At that point, I killed the process. When CA cleared the step, it showed as successfully completed, with all search and log files appropriately referenced and indicating success. I re-started the job and the processing picked up at the next step. This cycle continued for six other job steps in the PRP (step
