RMS14 after upgrade from 13.2.6 gives error

We are getting the follwoing errors on logging into the RMS14.0.1(rtkstrt) after upgrading from 13.2.6. No customization.  Anyone faced issues, any insights?

FRM: 41072-Cannot create Group detail_tree

FRM: 41076-Error populating Group.

FRM: 41085-Error getting Group Row count.

ORA-06502: PL/SQL:numeric or value error

ORA-00936: missing expression
