How to escalate based on notification pending duration?
We have a requirement as below :
1- If the Leave of absence/SIT self service request remains with the approver for more than a set number of days (e.g. 3 business days), then the request will be escalated to approver's manager.
How can we achieve this ?
When i checked for Oracle documentation , it has mentioned somthing about Oracle Escalation Manager.
My doubts:
1- Is it a new module for which licensing is required ?
2- Is above requirement is acheivable though above product ?
3- Without using above product, is there any other way to acheive this ?
