oid 11g issues

Hi  ,

Recently  we moved our new oid11g  version in to production( oid -11.1.1.7.5 on RHEL 6.4). I noticed few  issues..

1.  As part of  OID production live, we   added three OID hosts ( in three  different data centers and are in  ldap replication)  in to GSS load balancer.   after that we started seeing  following errors in the  oidldap. log files.

          "sgslufread: Hard error on read, OS error = 104".  these errors are writing to log files for every minute.

               any idea what is causing these error..?

2. One of the   oid  user   password expired. 

     any idea how  to change the password..?  do I have to unlock it first..? is there any way  to set  the password  to never expire..?
