xlat long is not displaying in PeopleSoft 9.2

The fmla_activity_type field on the FMLA_LV_ACTIVITY page is display xlat short instead of xlat long.   In the 9.0 environment it works fine, but it doesn't in the 9.2 environment.

on the Drop-Down list box properties of the FMLA_ACTIVITY_TYPE field, it has the Xlat Long radio button checked.
