Create a workflow attribute item

Hi,

I am using EBS 12.1.1.

I need to create a new workflow attribute item of item_type "REQAPPRV" which it the workflow item_type for Purchase Requisitions.

Which is the package that corresponds to Purchase Requisitions workflow?

Is there a procedure i can use, (like create attribute if not exist), that i can use to create a new attribute for this item_type.?
