How do leverage PTF

Greetings!!

I would be interested in using PTF for one of my clients and need clarity /more information on the following

a) Does Peoplesoft (Oracle ) deliver PTF scripts as part of 9.2 (for a license fee) of course

b) If yes what are the Verticals (Eg.FSCM,HSM etc..) for which it is available

c) Do they  deliver  specific end to end  Functional scenarios (eg. P2P or P2C and the like) , where in we need to take care of custom code driven scenarios or is it that the scenarios need to be developed from scratch.

Would appreciate if someone informed can help me with the above
