Staged Dunning

Our client use the Staged Dunning method to generate reminders, the present set up is they have 2 letters the initial to be sent after 30 days the second to be sent out 7 days later, so 37 days from invoice date.  On the set up screens in the Collections administrator responsibility, the min. days  for the 2 letters are set as -  letter one = 30 days, letter 2 = 37 days......  Does this mean that the first letter will be generated after 30 days then the second letter will be generated a further 37 days after the first letter or 37 days from invoice date???
