I am looking to see if there is an issue with PeopleTools version 8.53 and applying Quartly Tax Upda

** Let me preface by telling the moderators that this is not a Payrol or Payroll Tax question it is specific to PeopleTools and upgrading to 8.54 PeopleTools behind an issue that was released in an article. *** Do not take the initiative and move it to the other groups. Or I will keep posting in the group that I am directing the question to.

Recently there was an issue where it shows that PeopleTools  8.53 (Not payroll) couldn't load quarterly tax updates or bundles to HCM's Payroll or Global Payroll Tax tables (Still not a payroll issue).

The explaination in the article and IT.Toolbox post stated that the fix was in PeopleTools 8.54. What I am asking the PeopleTools and Upgrade community is.. is this correct? Does this fix the issue with applying fixes and updates?
