Excel to CI with Multi line vouchers

I have an Excel to CI template that works really well for single line invoice/voucher creation, but I can't get it to work when there are multiple lines on an invoice.  Does anyone have a template for multi line voucher entry?  Any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated.
