Dispute still in Approved-Pending Completion status
Hi to All,
We have currently have a dispute in advanced collections that still shows "Approved-Pending Completion" status. The WF for the dispute was not getting created into a Credit Memo. So we cancelled the WF thinking once we cancelled it we could go back and recreate the dispute again.
We cancelled the WF and now the dispute shows the noted status. How can we move this record to cancelled? Is there additional process that must be done to cancel this dispute?
We are on 11i.5.10.2
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
