Hello Workflow Team,

SR 3-9637581861 for Cisco Systems

Issue:

Cisco has a custom worklfow that generates FYI notification, however the body of the notification is Actionable which is why they want to change the FYI wording to Action Required instead i.e the subject should say Action Required instead of FYI and they are seeking information on where they could make this change?

Is it due to the result type being set to None in the Notification? If yes, how could they override this?
